We check that the Work or School Account in Windows Settings is active and linked to the right domain.

The third office file system is the “Perennial file” and I’m not talking about flowers here.

Here's the deal, when Outlook manages to open, all the files you delete will automatically be recreated.

But then again, after it restarts, everything works fine and then after like 2 minutes dies again.

If you typically use an Outlook.com account for email, this issue can occur if there are multiple aliases on the account and the 3rd party email address is the primary alias.
